1979 Fully Working and Functioning Vintage Mid Century Modern Industrial Slate Blue Royal Sabre Precision Portable Typewriter with Case and Key Made in Portugal. In very good to near excellent condition. It will require a new ribbon but everything about this beauty works. The lock key is a bit finicky but does work. The case is in excellent condition with no damages. Once the typewriter locks into place, it stays in place. This wonderful mid century modern typerwiter is perfect for the purist and the old school literally author and writer. There are some paint scratches in a few areas and seen more so on the top panel as seen in the photos but if you really desired it, you can always get the paint matched into an aerosol can to touch it up to near perfection. The keys and the mechanics all work perfectly. In natural sunlight the color looks more like a teal but indoors and by itself, it is definitely a slate blue color. The back plate of the typewriter behind the number keys is a silver embossed diamond pattern design with a faux wood design below that. The typewriter measures approx. 15" wide x 12.5" deep x 5" tall. The case itself measures approx. 17" wide x 15.5" deep x 6.5" tall. Please allow yourself to examine all the pictures and by enlarging it and using the magnifying tool as well. More amazing pictures available upon request. I would highly recommend that if you are interested in this item that you do request more pictures so you can see it almost from every angle. Lost treasures and memories found and remembered again.
