*Item Description* For sale is a 1956 Smith-Corona 5C Series Clipper Typewriter! Very portable, comes in original carrying case. Sturdy construction, beautifully unassuming look. *Condition* Typewriter facing has some markings around the body, but is still presentable. The units insides were cleaned up a bit and are looking pretty good. The keys are mostly working but the “R” key has become dislodged from its connector. It looks really simple to fix, but I didn’t personally have the patience or small fingers for the task. Inside of case looks good, outside is pretty worn. The platen also has issue moving with typing. It only locks into place, or goes all the way left (yes it *ding!*’s).
