This is a vintage 1938 Remington Rem Rand Cadet Portable Typewriter in near excellent working condition. It is missing the number "0" on the type bar. Each key meticulously strikes and returns as expected. The platen advances well with each key stroke. The carriage appears to move as one would expect. This appears as well taken care of and possibly restored as it operates as such. It comes with its original case, making it easy to carry around. The case is in solid condition with a working latch and a good secured handle, which makes this a rare find in this condition.
