Vintage main coil spring mechanism and assembly from a 1919 Royal model 10 typewriter. Assembly includes worm gear, screws, linkages, to coil and mounting bracket with screws. Royal Model 10 Typewriter 14 -682237 is likely a variation that designates the carriage size. Here’s a breakdown. Double glass panels: Starting in late 1915, these were replaced with two beveled glass panels on each side.
Good used condition, please see photos. Some scratches to the right of the leftmost logo. See photos. Screws included. From 1920 model, doesn’t fit all Royal 10 models. No returns accepted – please be sure this is the style of paper plate you need before purchasing.
This is a set of 4 beveled glass sides w/ center brackets that came out of a Royal 10 typewriter. Could use a little cleaning and a couple have some interior edge knicks otherwise in nice condition.
