Manufactured during the great depression in either 1936 or 1937 (I am basing this on the serial number J50426). Made by Royal Typewriter Co, New York, in the 1930s. Serial # is J50426. See pictures.
This Remington Rand Deluxe typewriter has the Art deco / industrial look! Every key works smoothly. The case is sturdy with the usual scuffs on the outside but it protected this great typewriter. Notice the lack of scratches or other wear in general, a really nice clean example of this typewriter.
